    The customer service in the grooming department at this mesquite location has been terrible in my experience. Multiple times I have been told by the grooming staff that customer service is a priority to walk-ins instead of a regular Banfield member with a scheduled appointment. Yes, now a FORMER Banfield member of 4 years, I was told by the staff 2 of the last 3 times I brought my dog in that my concerns had to wait because "we're trying to provide customer service to walk-ins and that takes priority". My dog didn't even get shampooed the final time i was there and when I expressed my concerns with the manager I may as well had just talked to a blank wall. When it comes to grooming, I suggest seeking other store locations outside of mesquite and maybe finding places besides petsmart altogether.
